Our expertise in a global network, close relationships with the world's leading shipping companies, combined with the continuous development of our digital tools, ensure the smooth transport of your shipments - from one source and across all oceans of the world.
We transport full-container-loads (FCL), less-than-container-loads (LCL) as well as complete project shipments according to your requirements to the point of destination. Customs clearance, precise shipment documentation, and the thorough handling of your goods are only a part of our product portfolio.

1. FCL FREIGHT FORWARDING

Consignees choose FCL transport when they have enough cargo to fill an entire shipping container. However, some people choose to reserve an entire container even if their cargo will not completely fill it. There are several reasons you may want to choose FCL for your cargo.
Benefits of Using FCL Include: Faster Unloading Time: FCL is under the account of just one carrier and one consignee, customs can usually process the transaction relatively quickly using the bill of lading. Easier Tracking: Whole freight can be tracked easily with the help of container nos. Better Security: A container needs to pass through a consolidation centre where additional cargo is added.
We have contacts with all major shipping lines and consolidators, which allows us to offer competitive pricing on weekly shipping services. If you have a challenging & tight deadline, we can always assist.

2. LCL FREIGHT FORWARDING

Less-than-container load (LCL) shipping offers many benefits for shippers and logistics managers alike, including reduced costs for moving goods, improved flexibility and more control over inventory management. Threeline Logistics enables you to compare quotes from multiple freight forwarders and NVOCCs, allowing you to choose the best fit for your budget and timeline.
In an LCL shipment, different shippers share a container. When cargo volume is not enough to fill a full container, an LCL shipment is usually cheaper, since the cost of shipping a full container is shared.

  • When you ship LCL, you pay only for the volume you need – not a flat rate as with FCL.
  • Shipping fewer goods more frequently means spending less on inventory warehousing space.
  • LCL is cheaper than air freight, so if you have some spare time to wait for your shipment, you can lower shipping costs.
  • When container capacity is limited, for example during peak shipping season or during other periods of high shipping volume, LCL can be easier to find and faster than FCL.
